Monday - Friday
Arrival to school and Breakfast Club: 8.40 - 9.00am
Responsive PSHE and Morning Hub (registration): 9.00 - 9.30am
Lesson 1: 9.30 - 10.10am
Lesson 2: 10.10 - 10.50am
Break: 10.50 - 11.10am
Lesson 3: 11.10am - 11.50am
Lesson 4: 11.50am - 12.30pm
Lunch: 12.30 - 1.00pm
Lesson 5: 1.00 - 1.40pm
Lesson 6: 1.40 - 2.20pm
End of day: 2.20 - 2.30pm
We provide students up to 29.17 hours per week, including lunch and break.
Information about closure of the academy in exceptional circumstances due to severe weather
Academy leaders consider the health, safety and wellbeing of all in our academy community when deciding whether they need to close the academy due to severe weather conditions. They consider:
- the distance staff must travel
- road/traffic conditions
- local conditions for staff who travel on foot
- the condition of the academy site
- the condition of surrounding area for parents/ carers and pupils who may have to travel on foot.
Every attempt will be made to open the academy as normal but, should the decision to close the academy need to be taken, parents/ carers will receive a text or phone call from the academy office and an update will be posted on the academy website homepage.
Wherever possible any decision to close the academy will be made by 8.45am.
